French Onion Soup

3-6 medium-size onions, thinly diced

3 tbsp. butter or margarine

2 cans consommé soup

2 tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce

1˝ cans water

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated Croutons

Cook butter and onions for 20 minutes, stirring twice. Add soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for 12 minutes or until boiling. Spoon into onion soup bowls. Add croutons and cheese and microwave until bubbly.

Back home
